Shipping and terms of payment

Private customers 

Within Germany, we charge private customers a flat-rate packaging and shipping fee of €4.00. From a purchase value of 50,00 € we ship to you free of shipping costs. You can pay by credit card and PayPal.

Retailers/resellers 

For retailers/resellers, we charge shipping costs of € 5.95 within Germany, from an order value of € 250.00 we deliver free of charge. For shipments within the EU, we charge between €13.00 and €24.00 depending on the country. 

For European non-EU countries, we charge between €21.00 and €25.00 depending on the country. The shipping costs for the rest of the world are available on request. For information, we will charge the actual freight costs incurred for these shipments. This also applies to special shipping methods such as express shipments, where we will also pass on the actual costs. 

The shipping costs for retailers are all net and do not include VAT. 

For resellers, payment is made in accordance with the agreed conditions by invoice, credit card or PayPal.
